Who we are

Pollux (pollux.team) is run by Koed Pay LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“we”). KEA.media is our studio brand. These terms apply when you use Pollux: the website, your account, your Digital ID and what we make or post with you.

Your Digital ID and anything made with your face or voice also have their own agreements, which you sign in the product. If one of those agreements says something different, that agreement applies.

Who can use Pollux

You must be 18 or older, and an adult where you live.

You can’t use Pollux if you live in Illinois, Texas, Washington or Colorado, in Russia, or in a country or region under comprehensive US sanctions (today Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine).

Where you live

By accepting these terms you confirm that you don’t live in any of the places listed above. If you live in the United States, you confirm it again on the consent screen of your Digital ID.

We also check where you sign up from, and we may refuse or close an account we can’t serve there. If you move somewhere Pollux isn’t available, delete your Digital ID.

Your content and your permissions

You are responsible for what you ask us to post as you, and for what you give us: photos, video, music, text, and anything that shows other people.

Send us only what you have the right to share: the people in it, the music in it, the place it was taken.

Some uses need someone else’s permission: your employer, a brand you name or show, a venue where you film, the owner of a song, a person in your photos. You arrange those permissions yourself, before you post.

This covers the permissions your own use needs. It doesn’t move our duties to you: we keep every duty the law puts on us, including under data protection and biometric privacy laws, wherever you live.

You keep the rights in your content. You let us use it only to make, store and post what you ask for, and to run Pollux.

Made with AI

Anything we make with an AI version of your face or voice is labelled as made with AI, including the platform’s own AI label where it has one. Don’t remove that label, or present that content as real footage of you.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Pollux to:

• make a likeness of anyone but yourself, or pretend to be someone else;
• mislead people about who is speaking, or about facts, prices or results;
• post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual or violent, or anything that breaks someone else’s rights;
• spam, scrape, or try to break or get around our security;
• resell Pollux without our written agreement.

We may refuse or take down a post, and pause or close an account, that breaks these rules.

Your own AI agent

On a plan that includes it, you can connect your own AI agent to your account with an agent key. You choose what each key may do, and you can revoke it at any time in your account.

Keep your keys secret, like a password. Anyone with your key can do what it allows, as you.

You are responsible for your agent and for what it does with your key. Your agent and its AI provider aren’t part of Pollux; their own terms apply to what they receive, including any Replies cards you let them read.

An agent can’t approve, publish, stop or delete a post, send a reply or change your settings: every post made from its brief waits for your approval. If it says its media was made or changed with AI, the post is labelled as made with AI.

Agent keys have rate limits. We may refuse calls over them, and revoke a key that is misused or breaks these terms.

Credits, plans and refunds

Pollux credits pay for extras. Credits have no cash value, can’t be transferred, and are spent only on Pollux services.

What each plan includes, its price, billing and cancelling are on its plan page (pollux.team/pricing) and in your account under Plan and Credits.

Refunds follow what the plan page and the checkout say. You keep any right to cancel or get a refund that the law where you live gives you.

Deleting

You can delete your Digital ID or your account at any time, in your account (pollux.team/me/id) or from any of our emails.

The recordings are destroyed within 30 days. We keep only a record of your agreements and of the deletion, with no photos or recordings, for 5 years.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

If you live in the EU, the EEA or the UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws where you live, including your data protection rights.
